The archaeological values found in Aquae Calidae are: the fortress walls of the ancient city of Terme (Thermopolis), the Roman baths of the 1st century AD. with a warm and cold pool, and various medieval rooms. They are accessible for tourists through modern footbridges constructed to facilitate the passage and viewing.

The complex allows the citizens and guests of Burgas to visit the restored bathroom of Suleiman the Magnificent. During the restoration, the original vision has been preserved, lined with marble and typical oriental ceramics. Its authenticity is complemented by natural and artistic lighting. It performs the function of acting museum where visitors can watch the film based on 3D mapping. The movie leads the tourists to a virtual walk - from the Thracian era and the legend of the Sacred Spring of the Three Nymphs-Healers, through the Roman Age, the Crusades - until the time of Suleiman the Magnificent.

The complex also features a multifunctional building with a café, souvenir shop and playground. The whole surrounding area is well-developed and turned into a pleasant place for relaxation with lots of greenery, park furniture and fountains. It is thought of people who have a healthy lifestyle - opportunities for outdoor sports are created. Table tennis, badminton or mini football, every visitor can choose his favourite sporting entertainment. All facilities are completely for free.

Close to the open-air terrace of the café, there is a special place for the youngest visitors to Aquae Calidae, a comfortable playground with a variety of fun games. The space in front of the Museum Exposition is shaped like an active amphitheatre that will bring to this mystical place the fans of good music, cinema and theatre.

The project has a development perspective. Next stage will be the construction of the first level of the Museum which will be a functioning spa centre with a Roman bath with a hot and cold pool, and a place for massage with herbal and natural products.

The museum exhibition will include all artefacts found in Aquae Calidae - gold, silver and bronze coins from different eras, golden earrings, bathroom accessories, seals, ceramics, marble decorative details and inscriptions, cult objects.
